Acceptance tests as an investment

If a product is not as successful as desired on the market, despite good distribution, it could well be due to poor product acceptance. Palatability tests provide a clear indication of whether the product formula has weaknesses.

If changes are to be made to the recipe in order to optimise costs, the question must be raised, as to whether this can be done without losing acceptance (new vs. old recipe).

The impression made on the animal owner by a brand has a big influence on the perception of a product. Suitable designs enable statements about the influence of the brand on product perception.

Indispensable: before a newly developed product is introduced onto the market.
 
Objective test results by a neutral institute, which is well-known in the industry, are an effective sales argument for sales and trade.
