Qualitative market research

Qualitative research methods, such as group discussions, creative workshops and individual interviews are often used to complement our surveys. This is because in-depth knowledge can be gained by observing a small group of persons intensively. In order to gain valuable, useful information, the target group must be selected carefully.

The validity of survey results depends on correct recruitment of interviewees, with the appropriate quota. Based on experience gained with field organisation and test studios, we only carry out recruitment on our own. For this, we are able to access a comprehensive data bank.

Moderation of groups and in-depth interviews are carried out by our experienced survey managers, who are greatly committed to this subject matter.
